Are you a Veterinary Surgeon with at least 2 years of experience, looking for a practice that actually schedules time for your wellbeing? We are recruiting for a modern, spacious surgery that prides itself on a supportive team culture and a sensible approach to the working day.
Located on the edge of the Peak District, this role offers the perfect balance of high-standard clinical work and incredible access to the great outdoors.
The Rota: Structured for Success
The practice has intentionally designed its schedule to ensure you never feel rushed and always have time to decompress:
- Consult Times: 15-minute routine consults and 30-minute PTS appointments.
- The Buffer: Consultations finish 30 minutes before the practice closes, ensuring you can finish your notes and leave on time.
- The Week: 40 hours per week with a fair 1 in 4 weekend rotation.
The Team & Environment
You will be joining a large, collaborative team of 4 Vets, 6 Nurses, and a dedicated front-of-house and management squad. The practice is light, airy, and equipped with:
- Digital X-ray & Ultrasound
- In-house Lab facilities
- Blood pressure monitoring
