Our client has a position for a lead veterinary surgeon to join their small animal, first opinion practice with a very loyal client base. Working alongside the experienced RVN’s and PCA’s you will play a vital role in ensuring the team provide exceptional care and clinical expertise to the patients and clients in order to continue the success and growth of the practice. You will have an interest in the running of the practice with partnership opportunities available down the line. Located in the heart of the community close to the beaches and surrounded by countryside this practice is fully facilitated for your professional needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Make a positive difference through every interaction.
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to all patients during consultations and procedures.
- Prepare accurate estimates ensuring payments and minimizing debt.
- Working closely with the practice manager
- Engage, mentor and develop the team.
- Inspire the team sharing your clinical expertise, knowledge and experience
- Complete clinical hand overs

This is a Perm, Full Time role offering a salary up to £70,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
