VetPro Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal team in Dorset. This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week, over 4 days. The rota will include occasional sole-charge and 1 in 5 Saturdays, with no OOH allowing for a great work/life balance. You will be joining a wonderful team made up of 5 vets, 15 Nurses, 9 Receptionists and the Practice Director, all based across 2 sites. This is a well-equipped practice with internal laboratory, two digital x-ray machines, 2 dental suites with x-ray facilities, endoscopy, laparoscopic surgical equipment, 2 ultrasound machines and 5 operating theatres. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a proven track record and previous experience in sole charge, driving the team to achieve a high standard of care and service to patients and clients. On offer is a fantastic package including CPD allowance, paid memberships, and a competitive salary dependent on experience.
