Our client is booking for a motivated Clinical Director who is looking to lead this busy 3 vet practice and drive forward to the next level while helping the practice to continue delivering the highest level of care to our patients and clients.If you are motivated to bring our the best in the team, deliver support for personal growth and development.
Your role will involve clinical work, coaching and mentoring of colleagues, business strategy, planning and budgeting. Previous managerial work is not essential but would be a benefit. Support will be provided from the group Practice Manager and existing four group Clinical Directors, additional training and development is also available
They are flexible with days and hours worked and are open to discussion about what would suit you, it’s important to find the right person for the job and facilitate a balance between home and work life, so please get in touch if you’re looking for hours to suit your needs.
This practice is centrally located with great transport links via rail or road to Durham, Newcastle and York and is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
