An exceptional opportunity has arisen with our client based in Brighton. They are looking to appoint a Lead Vet to become a key player in helping their small practice grow. As Lead Vet, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the practice and development of colleagues.
Will need:
> Good experience in small animal practice.
> Be competent in clinical examination and surgery.
> Confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team.
> To share the values of being trustworthy, caring and progressive.
> Have all the softer skills essential to working effectively, building trusting relationships with your colleagues and clients.
Details:
- 4 day week plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
- No on call or OOH
- Great company benefits
- £50-70,000 DOE
