VetPro Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a wonderful team at a practice in East Sussex. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours over 4 days per week 8:00am until 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Plus, a share of 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota basis of 8:00am until 12:00pm. No out of hours. This is a 2-site practice that is well-equipped with in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound machine, digital dental x-ray, operating theatre. The average working day/week will include 15-minute consultations time slots, dedicated operating days (at least 1-2 per week), care of inpatients, and regular client communication allowing for you to build your clientele. The team consists of 5 Vets (1 Certificate holder in feline medicine), alongside 7 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Student Nurse and an Animal Care Assistant. You must be registered with the RCVS, preferred 3ys+ qualified and it is essential that you have excellent communication skills.
