Hours: Full-time (40 hours across 4 days) – flexible/part-time considered
Salary: £45,000–£60,000 FTE (DOE)

The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, RCVS-accredited practice with a supportive team and excellent facilities. You’ll be based mainly at one branch 3 days a week, with sole charge responsibility at another site on Mondays. Complex cases and emergencies can be transferred to the central hospital, giving you the autonomy of branch work with the reassurance of 24/7 backup.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing your own cases with the support of a larger hospital team
Providing excellent client communication and contextualised care
Handling a mix of consults and surgery
Taking sole charge confidently when required
Contributing to a collaborative and supportive veterinary team
What’s Needed
RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
Confident with sole charge
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for delivering excellent patient and client care
Hours & Rota
40 hours per week over 4 days (8:00–18:00)
1 in 4 Saturdays (supported by hospital team)
No OOH required
Flexible/part-time options considered
