A well-established mixed practice in Eastern Scotland is seeking an Equine & Farm Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive and experienced team. The role offers a varied caseload across equine, farm and smallholder work, with excellent support for both experienced vets and those earlier in their careers.
The rota is designed with wellbeing in mind, including protected rest after on-call, a weekly half-day, a full Monday off after weekend on-call, an out-of-hours phone service and a lone worker safety scheme.
The practice is well equipped with in-house equine stabling and stocks, laboratory facilities, and advanced equipment including mobile digital X-ray, equine ultrasound and endoscopy, with access to visiting specialists.
