Are you a confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to dedicate your skills to Emergency and Critical Care (ECC)? We are recruiting for a pivotal Night ECC Vet to join a highly skilled and collaborative team at a purpose-built, Advanced RCVS Accredited Referral Hospital in Essex.
This is an opportunity to practice high-level emergency medicine with access to exceptional facilities and a supportive multidisciplinary team.
The Role: High-Level ECC
This position is ideal for a Vet with a strong interest in emergency work who thrives in a challenging yet collaborative environment.
- Duties: You will be responsible for managing all emergency and urgent cases, providing comprehensive overnight care for inpatients, and ensuring the highest standard of clinical care out of hours.
- Caseload: Expect exposure to a wide range of interesting and complex cases, working closely with the day referral teams.
- Support: Work alongside skilled Night RVNs and auxiliary staff. Access to the full day referral clinical team for support and advice.
- Schedule Flexibility: We offer great flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Example patterns include:
- 7 on / 14 off
- 5 on / 10 off (Providing long, uninterrupted periods away from work!)
- 4 on / 8 off
- Customised rotas can be explored to best suit your needs.
