Dan's client in Essex is currently looking to recruit a permanent Lead Vet Surgeon.
The role is as follows:
**40 hours per week
**No OOH
**No on call
**No Sundays
**Flexible rota
The role would initially be sole charge. When the successful candidate continues to grow and develop the practice, the intention is to then recruit a second (full time) vet and make this into a thriving, 2-vet practice.
Your role and responsibilities will be to:
**Work alongside the Clinical Director to ensure standards are upheld, with the highest level of clinical care is provided to patients.
**Mixture of general practice consultation and surgery work throughout the week. **Protected administration time also.
**Ensure growth and development of the practice.
**Exhibit strong client care skills showing professionalism and empathy
**To work alongside and delegate tasks as required with other clinical and support staff.
