We’re working with a well-organised and forward-thinking small animal practice that’s looking for a friendly, capable Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive and collaborative team on a full-time or part-time basis.
This is a practice that genuinely values input from the team. Communication between the lead vet, nursing lead, and practice manager is strong — when someone has an idea or wants to improve how things are done, they’re heard.

They've even supported previous team members with rota setups like 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off — so if flexibility matters to you, it's worth having a chat.
About the Role:
- Full or part time considered
- Full-time = 4 days/week with 1 in 4 weekends (sole charge only at weekends)
- Supportive of bespoke working patterns
- Minimal sole charge and no OOH
The Ideal Candidate:
- Confident with routine consults and surgery
- Strong attention to detail and client communication
- Interested in CPD and ongoing development
- Open to mentoring, leadership, or growing into a senior role (if desired)
