- The Caseload: A healthy mix of first-opinion consultations, medical case management, and both routine and non-routine surgery.
- Advanced Care: The practice provides 24-hour care, but because they have a dedicated OOH team, you get all the clinical excitement of hospital-level cases without the overnight exhaustion.
- The Team: Work alongside a close-knit, collaborative squad who value professional development and a good sense of humour.
The Rota: Focused on You
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Condensed Week: Balanced over just 4 days.
- Nights: Strictly NO OOH.
- Weekends: A fair, shared rotation with your colleagues.
The Rewards: A Market-Leading Package
- Financial: Salary from £45,000 – £70,000 (DOE) + Profit Sharing and bonuses.
- Time Off: 29 days annual leave + your Birthday off.
