JR Veterinary is working with a warm hearted, rural practice who have an amazing opportunity for an experienced SA Vet to join their multidisciplinary team as Clinical Director.
This perfect role to take the next step into or further your Clinical Director Career within a supportive, knowledgeable environment with full support of the other Clinical Directors and Practice Manager. The directors have a close-knit relationship which allows them to support each other's departments as required, whilst still giving each department the autonomy to make their own decisions.
The full-time role will involve working 4 days per week and 1:3 Saturday mornings, part-time hours are available for the right candidate.
You will manage and be Clinical Lead for the Small Animal side of the practice whilst consulting and performing surgeries.
Duties include
- Supporting the team to achieve best practices and deliver the best outcomes for our patients.
- Responsibility for the financial performance of the small animal side of the practice and supporting the team to reach intended goals.
- Following practice policies and procedures and promote these within the team.
Salary/ Benefits
- £75,500 DOE
