The Opportunity
We are working with a purpose-driven veterinary organisation in Bolton that has reimagined what accessible, ethical veterinary care can look like. This is not a profit-first environment. It is a community-focused service built on the belief that no pet should go untreated when a viable option exists.
You will be based at their Ashton site, joining a friendly, experienced team that values collaboration over hierarchy. Here, your voice matters. Decisions are shared. Clinical standards are high, but support is higher.
The caseload is varied and rewarding, with a strong focus on sick and injured pets who genuinely need help. You will have the time and space to consult properly, explain options clearly, and practice the kind of veterinary medicine that likely brought you into the profession in the first place.

Your Journey Here
In your first month, you will settle into the consulting routines, get to know the team, and understand how the service supports both clients and clinicians. Support is hands-on and patient.
By three months, you will be confidently managing your own caseload, contributing to discussions around patient care, and building rapport with returning clients who value continuity.
By six months, you will be an established, trusted clinician within the team, with the opportunity to shape how the consulting service evolves and to pursue CPD aligned with your interests.
