They don't have a rigid "take it or leave it" shift pattern. Instead, let's discuss what your ideal working week looks like. Whether you’re looking for specific days off or a balanced full-time role, we’re ready to listen.
The "Why This Role" Factors
- Work-Life Balance: 20–30 minute consultations and dedicated admin time into every daily diary. The goal is simple: everyone leaves on time.
- Nurse-Led Excellence: You’ll be supported by an elite nursing team of 8 RVNs, including three Advanced Diploma holders and certificate holders in Anaesthesia, ECC, and Feline Nursing.
- Clinical Freedom: With a diverse and busy caseload, you are encouraged to explore your clinical interests.
- Light Weekends: Just 1 in 5 Saturdays (09:00 – 15:00). No Sundays and no OOH!
The Package
- Salary: Up to £65,000 (FTE, dependent on experience).
- Flexibility: Open to full-time or part-time applications.
