We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, highly regarded small animal practice with a strong community reputation and over two decades of trusted care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated clinician to take on a pivotal leadership role and shape the future of a thriving practice.
About the Role:
As Clinical Director, you'll provide hands-on clinical leadership while overseeing the operational, clinical, and commercial performance of the practice. You'll lead, support, and inspire a skilled team, ensuring outstanding patient care and driving continuous improvement in clinical standards and team development.
This is a truly collaborative leadership role where you will work closely with both practice colleagues and wider business support teams, helping shape the direction of the practice and fostering a positive, progressive culture.
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a desire to develop in a leadership role OR an established Clinical Director.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for high-quality patient care.
- Confident in driving clinical standards, team development, and business performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Additional qualifications or interest in further study (particularly certificates relevant to small animal primary care) would be supported and encouraged.
