An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Vet to lead and develop a clinical team at a modern, independent, purpose-built surgery in Hampshire - driving clinical excellence, continuous improvement and team development. As a key member of the management team, bringing strong clinical expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding, evidence-based care, alongside the leadership skills to coach and inspire colleagues and deliver against a clear strategic vision. The role is 4 days per week with 1:4 weekends.
