Permanent Vet Surgeon – South Hampshire
A friendly, independent small animal practice in South Hampshire is looking for a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join their relaxed and supportive team from January 2026.
It’s a genuinely flexible, owner-run practice where work-life balance and clinical freedom come first — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and a down-to-earth environment.
Role details:
🩺 Veterinary Surgeon – Full Time (approx. 40 hrs/week)
📆 Start Date: January 2026 (flexible)
🕓 Typical Day: 8:45am – 7:00pm (with full lunch break)
💬 Consults: 15 minutes
📅 Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings only
🌙 OOH: None
👥 Team: 4 Vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, supportive reception & management team
