Join a Team Making a Difference in picturesque Hereford is seeking an experienced small animal vet to become a valued member of their dedicated team. This permanent position offers flexible full or part-time hours, providing candidates with the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work and grow within a supportive environment.
The Role:
As a key member of the team, candidates will collaborate closely with colleagues, offering clinical support and guidance as needed while managing their own cases. While primarily focused on clinical work, there's also potential for managerial responsibilities if candidates are interested.
Work Schedule:
Part-time roles require 2-3 days a week, while full-time positions involve 4 days with a set day off. The typical workday runs from 8 am to 7 pm with flexibility, and participation in a weekend rota, not exceeding 1:5 weekends, is required. Additionally, there are 2-3 Saturday mornings per year required, with no out-of-hours work involved.
Facilities:
Our client boasts state-of-the-art equipment including in-house laboratory facilities, digital x-ray, anesthesia monitoring, ultrasound, ECG, doppler blood pressure monitoring, and K-laser. Regular cardiology clinics and orthopedic surgeries by visiting specialists are hosted.
The Team:
Candidates will join a team of 6 vets, 8 RVNs, 2 SVNs, and dedicated support staff. The practice prides itself on its collaborative and supportive approach, ensuring the best care for patients and clients while fostering professional growth.
