Are you looking for the next step in your career? well join our team as Lead Veterinary Surgeon, Enhancing Animal Health and Welfare Together!

About The Practice:
Join our client’s vibrant community of dedicated veterinary professionals, where exceptional care is not just a goal but a way of life. At their practice, they’re not satisfied with the status quo – but driven to create something extraordinary in the veterinary industry.
They’re on the lookout for individuals who are eager to make their mark and join in pioneering the future of veterinary medicine.

With a mission to provide progressive, round-the-clock care, they equip their team members with the latest tools and technologies, including in-house MRI machines and cutting-edge operating theatres. Their consistent commitment to ongoing support extends beyond the clinic walls, with access to continuous training and development opportunities through their dedicated training centre.
Join on this journey toward veterinary excellence, where you’ll have the resources, support, and encouragement to unleash your full potential and deliver unparalleled care to your patients.

24 hour care:
Also proud to be served by the 24-hour hospital in Enfield, ensuring round-the-clock support for out-of-hours and inpatient care.

The role:
Our vets work 4 days a week plus 1 in 6 full weekends and participate in the bank holiday rota (avg. 2 a year) and on-call rota (2 weeks a year). This role has fantastic potential with certificate funding if desired and the opportunity to influence clinical direction!
My client is seeking an ideal candidate with proven management experience, adept communication skills, and a talent for motivating and empowering team members. Moreover, you should demonstrate a keen interest in both the financial and clinical aspects of the clinic’s performance, supported by their regional management team. If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and drive excellence in both operational and clinical realms this could be the job for you!

Benefits:
Full time salary package up to £72,000 per annum depending on experience
