Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 days, 1 in 5 Saturday rota, no OOH. Part-time applicants welcomed.
Role Responsibilities:
** Leadership: Manage the clinical activities of the veterinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care.
** Team Development: Work closely with the Clinical Director to provide training and development opportunities for the team.
** Clinical Excellence: Undertake duties of a Vet, including consultations, surgeries, and patient care. A surgical certificate is desirable but not essential, and the practice encourages and supports further certification.
