We are currently on the hunt for a dedicated qualified Small Animal Vet to join this state-of-the-art independent practice as a Clinical Director in West Kent.

Qualifications:
Proven leadership abilities in a clinical setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A current Lead/Head Vet or Clinical Director
A Vet ready to take the next step in their career (support is available to transition)
The role:
You will oversee clinical operations, enforce a team-orientated culture, handle financial/business growth, maximise team capabilities and line manage.
Driving a culture that focuses on gold standard patient care and client satisfaction is a must.
Hours:
Full-time over 4 days a week with a fair share of weekends but no OOHs.
The practice:
This will be a genuine spacious and stunning clinic. You will be joining a site with the most advanced facilities yet enabling you to offer the best possible services to clients/patients. This will consist of a fully equipped theatre, digital/dental x-ray, climate control kennels, ultrasound, consult rooms, dental suite, staff room and much more!
