An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established practice in Kent. This role offers a supportive environment, a true 4-day working week, and no out-of-hours, making it ideal for vets seeking excellent work–life balance alongside strong clinical standards.
The Role
Full-time Veterinary Surgeon position
4-day week with 10-hour shifts
1:3 weekends (9am–1pm)
No OOH or on-call duties
Accountable for high-quality patient care and clinical decision-making
Deliver exceptional service to clients, patients, and colleagues
Maintain the highest regulatory, clinical, and operational standards
About You
You’ll be a confident, RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with solid small animal experience. You’ll enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, take pride in delivering excellent patient care, and value clinical development alongside a balanced rota.
