Are you a passionate and enthusiastic team player that has surgical experience and a proven ability in equine orthopaedics?
We are looking for an individual that can complement our clients excellent and highly motivated team. You will help lead their busy and growing equine hospital, whilst actively encouraging growth and development in all roles and working in collaboration with the senior management team.
Key responsibilities:
** Develop and support the equine department and wider business.
** Increase internal and external equine clinical caseload.
** Assist with the mentoring and training of clinical and non-clinical teams.
** Help drive and shape the future development of the hospital including an exciting, planned extension.
£70 – £100,000 depending on experience.
- Full time, however flexible working options will be considered.
