An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Clinical Director or Lead Vet role within an independent small animal practice in Lanarkshire. This position offers genuine clinical autonomy, a supportive team and the chance to shape the future direction of a growing practice.
The practice is well‑equipped with all new facilities and operates as a two‑vet team supported by confident, friendly RVNs and reception staff. This is an ideal role for a vet with strong clinical skills who is ready to take the next step into leadership, or for an existing CD seeking a positive, well‑structured environment.
