Are you a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon looking for a role that combines high-quality clinical care with genuine flexibility?
GVC is supporting a well-established, RCVS-accredited practice in Lancashire as they look to welcome a new vet to their friendly and supportive team.

The Practice
This is a long-standing, multi-site small animal practice with an excellent client base and a strong reputation for high standards of care. The team focuses on collaborative working, clinical excellence, and supporting their people to thrive.
Facilities across the group include:
- A main hospital with digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, in-house lab, dental suite with x-ray, and multiple theatres
- Branch practices with modern consulting rooms, surgical facilities, and on-site diagnostics
- Separate canine and feline wards
- Dedicated internal out-of-hours service providing continuity of care
The Role
- Permanent position based primarily at the Burnley site
- Full-time preferred, with flexible and part-time options available
- Consulting-only role, with the option to include routine surgery if desired
- No out-of-hours responsibilities
- Support from experienced colleagues, including certificate holders
- Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 DOE
Who They’re Looking For
- A Veterinary Surgeon who has completed VetGDP (or equivalent experience)
- Confident in routine consultations with strong communication and client-care skills
- Enthusiastic about CPD and working within a supportive, established team
