The JR team are working with a small animal Veterinary practice based in the Leicestershire region, and they are recruiting for a Clinical Director to join their team. You will be responsible for the overall leadership of the practice and will work to drive forward clinical services, commercial performance and team development. You will have a passion for delivering the best possible service and outcomes for patients, clients and associates.
This position would be ideal for an experienced vet ready to take the next step in their career or a Clinical Director who is passionate about leading a highly respected and long-established practice.
Your role at this practice will be an exciting and varied one. You will be responsible for line managing the lead vets and senior leadership team at the practice. Your clinical work will have a mixture of in-patient care time, surgery and consultations, and you will have the opportunity for case continuity and to build great rapport with our lovely clients.
In this purpose-built, modern practice, you will be working as part of a team which includes 8 Vets and 16 Veterinary Nurses, and the practice is well equipped with a brand-new digital x-ray machine, brand new ultrasound machine, an extensive in-house lab, ECG, Dental x-ray and more.
The vet team has cardiology, surgery and imaging certificate holders, and our client welcomes all professional interests and are keen to support certificates where possible.
