A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director to work for our client, based in North West Leicestershire, on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is due to continued success of this small animal practice, and in this role you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the practice and will work to drive forward clinical services, commercial performance and team development. You will have a passion for delivering the best possible service and outcomes for patients, clients and associates.
It's a great opportunity for an experienced Vet to take a step forward in their career. Your clinical duties will include a mix of in-patient care, surgery time and consultations.
The practice is a modern, well-equipped clinic with a brand-new digital x-ray machine, brand new ultrasound machine, an extensive in-house lab, ECG, Dental x-ray and more, and the team is a dedicated collection of 8 Vet Surgeons and 16 Veterinary Nurses.
Your working week will involve 40 hours over a 4 or 5 day week, with 1:6 Saturdays. No OOH duties!
