We’re excited to be supporting our client in recruiting a dedicated and well-rounded Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive small animal team.
This RCVS-accredited practice takes pride in providing excellent patient care in a collaborative and positive work environment. You’ll be joining a close-knit team of Vets, RVNs, SVNs, a Kennel Assistant, Receptionists, and a supportive Practice Manager who all work together to deliver exceptional standards of care.

The Role:
🔹 15-minute routine consultations, with extended time for complex cases & euthanasia
🔹 A varied caseload including neutering, dentals, lumpectomies, splenectomies & foreign body removals (depending on your experience)
🔹 In-patient management supported by an experienced nursing team
🔹 A balance of consulting and surgical work to keep your days varied and engaging
Facilities & Equipment:
- The practice is well-equipped and continuously investing in new technology, including:
- In-house Idexx analysers (haematology, biochemistry, SNAP tests)
- Microscope
- Diathermy unit (monopolar & bipolar)
- Digital X-rays & handheld dental X-ray
- A wide range of surgical kits
- Cryotherapy unit
- Brand new ultrasound machine
What’s on Offer:
💷 Salary: £38,000 – £65,000 (DOE & rota)
🌴 Holiday: 224 hours per year (increasing to 264 after 2 years)
