JR has an exciting opportunity for a vet surgeon to take the next step in their career or you may already be a Head Vet looking for a new challenge and gain more experience. The successful candidate for this role will ideally have an interest in orthopaedics and exotics as this practice has a high case load. The ability to demonstrate good leadership skills and build strong relationships will be beneficial as you will be managing a team of 5 vets and the daily running of the practice. Working alongside the Practice managers, 5 Vets, 5 RVN’s, 2SVN’s and 2 ACA’s you will be part of a great team and provided with modern and state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, in-house laboratory, and ultrasound and multi parameter. This small animal practice is located in the centre of town and offers free onsite parking as well as being situated just a short walk from the train station.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 40 hours a week with No OOH and No Sole Charge. Bank Holiday shared equally 3:4 per year.
This role offers a salary up to £70,000 DOE as well as a range of benefits including,
- 4.6 weeks annual leave, rising to 5.6 weeks after 2 years service
