The Role: Leadership, Strategy & Harmony
As Clinical Director, you will be the heartbeat of the practice, working closely with the Primary Care Director and a robust central support team (HR, Finance, Marketing, and Medical).
- Clinical Excellence: Oversee medical standards, quality improvement, and clinical research.
- Team Leadership: Inspire a large, talented team of 7 Vets, 11 RVNs, and 10 Client Care members.
- Business Strategy: Develop and deliver the clinical and financial strategy for the practice, driving productivity and budget planning.
- Culture: Foster a workplace built on mutual respect, collaboration, and high engagement.
The Rota: Designed for Decision Makers
- Hours: 40 hours per week, balanced over a 4-day week.
- Saturdays: A manageable 1-in-6 rotation.
- Balance: Strictly NO OOH, ensuring you have the energy to lead effectively.
