JR is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s friendly team. You will play a pivotal role overseeing the practice and ensuring the daily smooth running in providing exceptional care and customer service to patients and client’s. You will be able to work sole charge and have high standards both medically and clinically to develop the practice further. Working alongside the close knit team you will feel fully supported by the Head RVN. This is a Small Animal practice and provides the latest equipment such as ultrasound, digital x-ray, vet scan etc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Deliver exceptional care to both patients and client’s
- Deliver exceptional care during consultations and procedures
- Work closely with the Practice Manger and Head RVN
- Engage, mentor and develop the team enhancing their skills
- Complete clinical handovers
- Ability to provide leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well as part of a team
