Lead Veterinary Surgeon – Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 days (with protected admin time), weekend rota shared
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Lead Vet role within a progressive, multi-site practice in Leicestershire. This position offers the exciting chance to be part of the journey towards opening a brand-new, purpose-built veterinary hospital.
This role is ideal for a confident vet seeking their next challenge, or for someone ready to take the leap into leadership with the support of a strong clinical and non-clinical team.

About You
RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
Minimum certificate holder (ideally medicine or imaging bias)
Strong clinical and decision-making skills
Confident in diagnostics and case management
A natural leader with excellent communication and team-building abilities
Passionate about client care and maintaining high clinical standards
