The Role
Contract Type: Permanent
Days Per Week: 4 or 5 days per week
Average Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekend Rota: 1 in 6 Saturdays (with time back in lieu the following week)
Out of Hours Rota: None
Due to our clients continued success, they are looking to welcome a Clinical Director to lead the team.
As their Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the practice and will work to drive forward clinical services, commercial performance and team development. You will have a passion for delivering the best possible service and outcomes for patients, clients and associates.
The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced vet ready to take the next step in their career, or a Clinical Director who is passionate about leading a highly respected and long-established practice.
You will be responsible for line managing the lead vets and senior leadership team at the practice. Your clinical work will have a mixture of in-patient care time, surgery and consultations, and you will have the opportunity for case continuity and to build great rapport with our lovely clients.
Our client has an outstanding, purpose-built, modern practice, and are well equipped with a brand-new digital x-ray machine, brand new ultrasound machine, an extensive in-house lab, ECG, Dental x-ray and more.
They have a dedicated team of 8 Vet Surgeons and 16 Veterinary Nurses. They are also supported by a fantastic front-of-house team and senior management team.
Their vet team has cardiology, surgery and imaging certificate holders, welcome all professional interests, and are keen to support certificates where possible. You will be warmly welcomed into their team and will be joining a group of veterinary professionals who all work hard, enjoy a laugh and support each other daily.
