They are in search of an enthusiastic, empathetic, and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join their small yet bustling team. The ideal candidate will showcase confidence in all first opinion duties and be at ease with occasional sole charge responsibilities. This role involves working alongside a well-established team of three Veterinary Surgeons, undertaking a diverse range of tasks such as daily consultations, surgeries, and nurturing a loyal and amiable client base. The position is divided between two sites in Bourne and Spalding, with most of the time allocated to Bourne. However, flexibility exists based on individual preferences and circumstances.
My client offers flexible rota patterns to cater to various working schedules, including those of working parents. With a full-time rota comprising 40 hours across four days and one Saturday in five, the practice ensures a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, absence of bank holiday or out-of-hours duties coverage contributes to this equilibrium.
