Are you an experienced Veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role where you can truly make your mark? We are looking for a passionate and clinically excellent Head Vet to lead a dedicated team within a modern, purpose-built practice in Lincolnshire.

The Role
As Head Vet, you will be a key member of the practice management team, taking the lead on clinical excellence, team development, and delivering gold-standard, evidence-based care. You'll be a mentor and coach to your colleagues, supporting their professional growth and driving the practice's vision forward.
The role is 4 days per week with 1:4 weekends. There is no out-of-hours requirement, however the successful candidate will be on call for overnight inpatients when needed.
