JR is looking for a dynamic and driven Clinical Director to join our clients team providing exceptional care to their clients and their beloved pets. This role is perfect for an experienced Clinical Director or a motivated veterinarian looking to advance their career. You will be collaborating with the existing Clinical Director and contributing to the leadership of two practices both with dedicated and friendly teams. These long-established surgeries have been serving a loyal client base for over 20 years and are well equipped with the latest technology including digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscope, and in-house blood testing equipment. You will be working alongside an exceptional team of 3 Veterinary Surgeons, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 3 Nursing Assistants and a full team of Receptionists. This team thrives on collaboration and support, ensuring the highest standards of client and animal care, providing comprehensive care options and working closely with referral practices to offer advanced treatment when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the existing Clinical Director, Practice Manager and Head Nurse
- Support and mentor colleagues, setting clinical and professional objectives
- Undertake clinical duties, including surgeries and consultations
- Manage the financial performance of the practice adhering to the policies and procedures
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 40 hours a week over 4 days and 1:5 Saturdays 8.30am - 12pm. However, our client is happy to accommodate a 3 – 5 day week working a minimum of 30 hours.
This role offers a salary up to £80,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
