My client is an independently owned veterinary group with two medium-sized practice sites. The group's two practices boast full facilities, including an in-house lab, digital X-Ray, ultrasound, dental X-Ray, etc. The position is available on a full-time basis, and consideration will be given to part-time applicants who meet the criteria.
Vet Packages:
- First Year Graduate Package: £46,000
- Second Year Graduate Package: £50,000
- Third Year Graduate Package: £55,000
- Experienced Vet Package: £65,000 - £85,000 DOE
- Certificate Holders Package: £85,000 >

Working Conditions:
Shifts: For optimal work-life balance, shifts are structured with early shifts from 9 am to 4/5 pm and late shifts from 11 am to 7 pm. Consultations are scheduled in the morning, mid-afternoon, and early evening, with each vet having daily surgery slots and a designated catch-up slot for calls, allowing time for reflection and further learning. Shifts can be tailored to accommodate candidate preferences where possible.
Weekends: Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm (Sundays temporarily suspended). The current weekend rota is 1 in 5, with time off in lieu the following week, and plans to increase to 1 in 6/7 with the ongoing growth of the business.
