An exciting opportunity has emerged for a full-time or part-time Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and supportive team.
The practice is a first opinion general practice, where duties may include consulting, operating, in-patient care, and general case management, with a strong emphasis on continuity.
Candidates have the flexibility to balance their work life, with both full-time and part-time applications accepted. The full-time rota comprises 40 hours per week across 4 days between Monday and Saturday, with one night on call per week for hospitalised inpatients. The practice adopts a flexible approach to rota patterns, accommodating discussions for both full-time and part-time positions.
The salary, up to £65,000, is dependent on skills, experience, and further qualifications, pro rata for part-time applicants. Additionally, there is a relocation bonus of up to £5,000, negotiable.
About the practice: It is a fully equipped general practice with spacious premises, featuring separate cat and dog wards and a separate exotic hospital. The practice conducts in-house ophthalmic surgery and hosts visiting orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeons.
