Our client is currently in search of a skilled Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon to contribute to the ongoing success of a reputable independent practice in London.
A unique opportunity has emerged for a Clinical Lead Veterinarian who can seamlessly continue the practice, preserving clinical autonomy while fostering its growth. The role entails taking a natural leadership position with the backing of our Practice Manager, mentoring newly qualified Vets, facilitating their growth in confidence and skill, and upholding the high standard of care our client is immensely proud of. This role has the potential to evolve into a partnership opportunity.
As the Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will collaborate closely with our client and their Practice Manager, benefiting from their extensive experience, while working alongside our exceptional support team. The role affords you the autonomy to introduce innovative ideas, and among your responsibilities, you will provide support to junior Vets. Our clients' close relationship with orthopaedic, soft tissue and cardiac specialists means we can offer our clients referral-level treatment options all under one roof. It’s a win-win.
Our purpose-built practice, maintained at a high standard:
- Large, dedicated client base
- 3 Customer Care advisors, 3 Nursing students, 5 RVNs and 5 Vets
- A CT scanner
- Laparoscopic equipment and dedicated sterile theatre
- Dedicated dental suite
- Separate cat clinic area and ISFM cat friendly status on the way
Package and Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary of £68,000 + per annum, subject to biannual reviews.
