The PDSA are currently recruiting a Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader for a couple of their animal hospitals across London.
The Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader with the PDSA is there to support the Senior Veterinary Surgeon by helping to lead the team. You will be responsible for all aspects of team management including recruitment, selection and development, delivery of projects and delegation of tasks as determined by the SVS. Your time will be split between management/ admin tasks and time on the clinical rota.
The role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week with the option to request flexible working arrangements.
