JR is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients practice in the Wirral. The team is committed to delivering exceptional care to patients while providing a first-class service to all their valued clients.
Full-time role with a balanced 39-hour workweek over 4 days.
As a Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will collaborate with the experienced Veterinary Surgeon, demonstrating proficiency in small animal practice. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high medical and surgical standards, prioritising client satisfaction, and contributing to the ongoing development of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations and surgeries to the highest standard
- Provide compassionate care to patients and clients
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient practice operations
- Engage in continuous professional development and mentorship
Requirements:
- Competency in small animal practice
- Strong communication and client-oriented approach
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering outstanding care
- Willingness to engage in sole charge consulting one day per week
