Well Established Veterinary Charity in Merseyside is seeking a Vet Surgeon Team Leader to support an incredible Pet Hospital.The role will be 37.5 hours a week, however fully flexible hours and work patterns to suit. Responsible for managing a skilled and diverse team of vets and for delivering an exceptional service to the clients and their pets. The ideal candidate will be a qualified vet who enjoys working as part of a friendly, encouraging and supportive team providing consistent, quality clinical care. You will have good people skills and be confident in communicating and inspiring a professional team. Skills required for role;
• Extensive small animal clinical knowledge
• Understanding/ experience of budgets & operational efficiency
• Experience/ interest in Clinical auditing & protocols.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills & ability to lead a team
