JR is looking for a Clinical Director to join and lead their client’s well-established practice with an exceptional reputation in a sought-after and beautiful location. Working alongside a team of 2 Full-Time Vet’s, 2 Part-Time Vet’s, 5 RVN’s, 2 SVN’s, 1 International Vet, the Practice Manager of whom is also a RVN and the Reception Team and VCA you will be fully supported. You will have a crucial role performing surgeries, managing Vet Rota’s, ensuring the team operates smoothly. Whilst working alongside the Practice Manager and Head Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to lead the team, shaping the practice's ongoing success and addressing any clinical complaints.
The practice offers a modern and well-equipped facility including Bio-Chemistry and Haematology Idexx machines, Digital x-ray processors, Ultrasound, dental machines and multiparameter monitors.
This is a Permanent Full-Time role of 40 hours per week over 4 days with 1:4 Saturday mornings (9am – 1pm). However, our client is open to discussing a Rota Pattern that suits you in order to maintain a great work/life balance.
