We are seeking an experienced small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, independent practice in Norfolk. With a supportive team of 7 Vets and 9 RVNs, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon confident with routine consultations and surgery.
If you have a surgical bias, you’ll be in the right place. Whether you already hold a certificate or want to work towards one, the caseload and funding are here to help you develop.
What’s on offer

4-day week with a fixed day off (8.30–18.30)
3 in 14 Saturday mornings (9.00–12.00)
No OOH or on-call – fully outsourced
Varied rota with operating, consult-only and mixed shifts
Protected admin time, breaks and phone-call slots
Salary & Benefits
£45,000–£60,000 (DOE)
