The Work-Life Balance
We know that "work-life balance" is often promised but rarely delivered. At our practice, the rota is specifically designed to protect your downtime:
- 4-Day Working Week: Shifts are 8:30am to 7:00pm.
- The "Golden Rota": Includes regular, rota’d 4-day weekends off work.
- No Nights: We have a dedicated onsite night team, meaning no OOH for our day vets.
- Finish on Time: Our night team handles evening consults from 7:00pm, ensuring you leave at the end of your shift.
- Generous Leave: Starting at 7 weeks holiday, increasing to 8.25 weeks after 12 months.
Clinical Excellence & Facilities
Join a 6-vet day team with on-site certificate holders in Exotics, Diagnostic Imaging, Cardiology, and ECC.
- State-of-the-Art Equipment: Onsite CT scanner, laser therapy, multiple video endoscopes, brand new ultrasound, digital cytology, and stem cell equipment.
- Gold Standard Care: Accredited Gold Feline Friendly, Gold Rabbit Friendly, and Dog Friendly.
- Clinical Freedom: We encourage client continuity and offer 20-minute consultations as standard (longer for complex cases).
The Package
- Salary: £35,000 – £75,000 (dependent on experience).
- Support: Full funding and support for Certificates.
- Relocation: Package available for those moving to the area.
