A brand-new independent clinic is opening soon in North West London, and we’re looking for a senior veterinary leader who wants more than just a job. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership from day one, with a clear structure in place to support you and your team from launch. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the culture, clinical standards, and processes while leading an inspiring, high-performing team.
This isn’t about maintaining the status quo. It’s about creating a forward-thinking, commercially aware clinic that delivers outstanding clinical care alongside an exceptional client and team experience. With plans to grow services, including potential overnight care in the future, your leadership will be key to the clinic’s success.
What the Role Involves
- Leading and inspiring a veterinary and nursing team from day one
- Setting and maintaining high clinical and professional standards
- Supporting the launch and structured growth of a brand-new clinic
- Delivering a mix of consultations and surgery
- Mentoring and developing veterinary colleagues
- Contributing to the commercial success and strategic development of the clinic
- Managing a clear rota structure: 4 days per week after induction, plus a share of weekends
About You
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Experienced Head Vet or Clinical Director level with proven leadership of a team
- Strong clinical skills across consultations and surgery
- Commercially aware with a proactive, ownership mindset
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care
- Confident managing a team through launch, growth, and development phases
