The Role
This position involves managing a varied and increasingly complex medical caseload, working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent patient care while developing your clinical interests.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing medical cases and diagnostics
• Investigating complex cases and developing treatment plans
• Building strong relationships with clients through continuity of care
• Supporting clinical standards and contributing to service development
• Collaborating with colleagues across a wider veterinary network when required
Working Pattern
• 4 days per week
• Regular Friday off
• 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends depending on preference and rota
Salary & Benefits
• £60,000–£70,000 salary depending on experience
• £1,500 CPD allowance plus 3 days paid CPD leave
• Support for certificate study and career development
• Professional memberships paid (RCVS, VDS, BVA)
• 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
• Private medical insurance
