We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Vet to join a growing practice team in Corby, as a Clinical Lead.
Here, you will have the opportunity to thrive in an independent practice environment and enjoy the benefits, support network and stability of a large, successful business.
You will support building a vet team recruiting from all levels of experience using your knowledge and experience to shape a forward-thinking clinical team. You will also be empowered to develop existing clinical protocols and ensure the day-to-day running of the practice goes smoothly alongside the existing practice manager and management team.
As well as exceptional surgical skills, you’ll need the confidence to take charge. You’ll also use your excellent consultation skills, and approachable, personable style to build relationships with patients, clients and the local community.
The Role
- Clinical Lead – full-time permanent position
- Flexible rota and no OOH
Salary and Benefits
- Salary circa £70,000
- Enhanced annual leave (25 days + Bank Holidays + Birthday Leave)
