About the Team & Practice
- Small, close-knit team: 2 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA, 4 CCAs
- Practice locally owned by an experienced RVN
- Based in beautiful Northamptonshire, with countryside, local amenities, and excellent train links to London and beyond
- Exciting period of growth, with a relaunch, rebrand, and plans for expansion
- Excellent facilities and equipment to provide high-quality care
- Generous CPD support and funding for certificates or postgraduate qualifications
Role & Hours
- Full-time role (flexible patterns considered)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays on the weekend rota
- Element of sole charge, no out-of-hours responsibility
- Leadership opportunity: help shape the team, protocols, and clinical standards
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary up to £60,000 DOE
